*For All Access Pass holders, Welcome Parties and Farewell Parties in both the Hiroshima Area and Matsuyama / Setouchi Area are included.
*Each Pass gives you access to official HSNF 2026 programs within the designated area and period.
*Some partner events, workshops, meetups, and cultural experiences may be available for free. Details will be announced on each program page.
What’s not included:
- Accommodation
- Transportation
- Meals and drinks
- Coworking space access
- Entrance fees to external facilities
- Paid experiences, tours, workshops, or hands-on activities
Some events or optional programs, such as cycling or other hands-on activities, may require additional fees.
Advance registration via your My Account is required to join each program.
Details of the excursion schedule will be announced at a later date.
Please note that program contents may change or be canceled due to weather, local conditions, or other circumstances.
Passes are valid only within the designated area and period.
Passes are non-transferable and valid only for the registered participant.
Cancellation Policy
After completing your registration, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

| Up to 1 week before the event starts (by October 4, 2026) | 50% refund |
| Cancellations on or after October 5, 2026 | No refund (100% fee applies) |
Additional Notes
- In the case of a refund, bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Separate cancellation policies may apply to optional paid programs such as excursions and workshops.
