A public-private co-creation hub that opened in May this year in the Prefectural Government Second Annex. You can also use it as your base during the fest. Enjoy an introduction to using E:N BASE, icebreaker networking with E:N BASE members and other local people, 2-minute pitches by volunteers, and more.
